Last step

I slept in very relaxedly. Hey, it is my last hike on the PCT! Only 21 miles and all downhill.
Rather uneventful ;-). I saw some bear tracks, some nice big trees, a toad in Bark Shanty Creek (where I filtered my last water), a salamander in another creeklet, anf a flock of Canada Geese on the Klamath River. The last six miles on road where hot! I don't like roadwalking; it kills my feet.
And then I arrived in Seiad Valley and made my last step in front of the store at 250pm.
That was my PCT thru-hike! Over. The End.

Now it is your turn! Thank you for reading my journal, but now, you set out to live your dream, make your life! Be it your own PCT hike, be it rather your own endeavor!

Good luck, enjoy and persist!
