So I made it to Warner Springs =) Good times Hangin out with Johnny Law, Ova, Dave and others. We met the most awesome imprompto trail Angel named Trekkie. He is the MAN!!! He had never heard of the trail before yesterday. He went bought us all beer and candy bars. great Guy hung out with us all night and plans to help Beer Cache for us near Truckie. Too Cool.
Hiking is going good. Going to take an extra Zero here at the hot Spring and soak my feet a lil more. I've had to leave Mad Hatter behind. Good enough guy but I've had enough.. Too much time too close to the same person isn't cool. So I've moved on. Staying positive. I think Ova and me are going to do some hiking together for a while.
Funny thing I've not used a map or atlas yet..... No need to. the trail is so clearly marked so far. I knew I was in for good times but really this is like adult summer camp so far. Every where I go seems to be that there is beer and people ready to party every where I go. I know it's because we are all still in the first leg of our trek but still. I'm pounding my Liver into submission.
I'[ve lost ten pounds already. I need to eat more I just haven't been hungry. I have way too much food. This might be a goood thing as I no longer am re-supplying @ Paradise because it's closed. I've lostover 30 pounds off my pack. And still trying to lose more. I NEED NEED NEED a better, lighter tent!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too bad those basterds run around $ 300. Might as well be 3,000. It weighs five and a hlf pounds. I can do way better.
Good times, I'm off to Hot springs and Sauna all day. Oh and BEER=)
